Story
QAS LEGACY SCHEME
Looking After Our Ambulance Families
I often describe my role as a QAS supervisor as someone who helps the people who helps people. I view my contribution to QAS Legacy as another way of fulfilling this role. Our people sacrifice a lot to support our patients. However, ultimately our officers come to work to support their own families. I want to ensure that if ever tragedy strikes that the sacrifices they make (working nights, weekends, holidays, milestone events) have not been in vein. In the event that a member of our ambulance family passes away, QAS Legacy Scheme is there to help the spouse and children who have been left behind.
Donations made through this platform are secure and will be remitted directly through to my charity of choice. Thanks so much for your support!
