Story
Welcome to the QAS Metro North Region Run Army page for Metro North employees, volunteers, friends and family.
The Queensland Ambulance Service Legacy Scheme is a charitable organisation that provides a range of services and support to the families of employees who have suffered the loss of a loved one. The scheme is currently supporting 14 children from 10 families through the provision of education, extra-curricular and technology grants. In recent years, our continued growth in financial membership and support through fundraising activities has meant we have been able to extend our support through special grants that provide financial support to employees who are suffering serious and terminal illness that has left them unable to work. Since it's formation in 2015, the scheme has provided more than $500,000 in grants to QAS employees and is now looking towards further opportunities to support QAS employees and their families through tough times.
Donations made through this platform are secure and will be remitted directly through to QAS Legacy. Thanks so much for your support!
